Bishwam Ghosh of Kolkata strolled to a five-stroke victory despite carding a five-over 77 in the final round of the Odisha Juniors, the fifth leg of the Indian Golf Union East Zone Feeder and Sub-Junior Tour, here at the Par-72 Bhubaneswar Golf Club course today.
Bishwam`s nearest challenger Anmol Mahajanl posted eight-over 80 to finish second with a gross of 165, four-stroke ahead of Kunal Naidu. Abhikanks Basu won the category B with 178. Category C was won by Aroush Tagore who cantered to an eventual three-stroke win with a gross of 170. Joysurjo Dey and Souvik Nayak finish second and third with a round of 173 and 174.
Garv Lakhmani won the category D with 183, while Manhar Bajoria and Rakshik Basu came second and third with 205 and 207 respectively. Top honours in girls and E categories were claimed by Smriti Bhargav and Vignesh Naidu respectively.
